The Goldwater Institute - formerly a conservative think tank and now an advocacy organization that has alienated itself from mainstream Republicans - is conniving to change Scottsdale’s form of government.

The Institute’s eccentric ideology is not only an insult to Barry Goldwater’s conservative legacy - its agenda is also threatening the integrity of Scottsdale’s citizens’ quality of life.
